They will be joined by talented soloists from Birmingham Conservatoire’s Operatic course as well as children’s choir, Warwickshire Young Voices.

The semi-staged production complete with forest and gingerbread house tells the story of two young siblings who, lost in the woods, end up knocking on the door of a gingerbread house - the property of a wicked witch.

Based on the popular fairy tale by the Brothers Grimm, the dark, underlying themes will have adults on the edge their seats. And with beautiful and familiar melodies, an enchanting story and a happy ending, the orchestra is promising something for everyone.

The performance will be held at St Mark’s church in Rugby Road at 6.30pm.

Tickets from £10 from Presto Classical or on the door. Visit www.leamingtonsinfonia.org.uk for details.
