Food Show returns to Midlands

THE UK’s leading celebrity chefs are heading to the Midlands next week to help spread some culinary Christmas cheer at this year’s winter BBC Good Food Show.

The five-day event, which takes place at the Birmingham NEC, will give visitors the chance to taste 3,000 different varieties of the world’s best cheeses, watch live demonstrations of Christmas food being prepared, pick up gifts - sich as IOShen Japanese knives, SDemijohn liqueurs and Lavazza coffee machines - from hundreds of exhibitors and choose from a wide selection of wines, beers and spirits to stock up their drinks cabinet for the festive period.

There will also be live demonstrations by chefs including James Martin, Gino D’Acampo, John Torode, Gregg Wallace, Mary Berry and Paul Hollywood - and visitors will be able to re-create what they see in their own homes by following recipes from their free cookbooks.
