UPDATE: Power restored after more than 1,700 properties in and around Warwick experience power cut
Power has been restored after a power cut affected more than 1,700 properties in and around Warwick at around 1.55pm today (Monday March 13).
Properties with postcodes CV34 5, CV32 6, CV35 7, CV8 2 and CV34 4 were all affected.
Western Power Distribution restored power before 3pm. A spokesman said damage from a third party to a cable was the cause of the outage.
