Police have released a CCTV image of a man they want to speak to in connection with the disappearance of Sakhminder Uppal from Leamington three months ago.
Mr Uppal, 42, of Freshwater Grove and better known and Navi, went missing at approximately 10pm on Valentine’s Day (Sunday February 14) after he had been picked up from his home address by a taxi and dropped near Victoria Park.
He has not been heard from since.
He is 5ft 8ins tall and of athletic build with short black hair.
When he left home he was clean shaven.
He was last seen wearing a black jacket, a bright blue jumper, a white t-shirt and tan coloured ankle boots.
The image, showing Adelaide Road, Leamington, has been released in the hope that the person pictured may know something about what happened that night.
Investigating officer Inspector Lee Crofts said: “It has now been three months since Navi was last seen and we remain very concerned for his well-being. We do not think that the man pictured in the CCTV image was in anyway involved in Navi’s disappearance, but he was in the area where Navi was dropped off at a similar time so may have seen him. If you think this image could be of you, or someone you know, please contact Warwickshire Police on 101.
“We are continuing to support Navi’s family during what has been an incredibly difficult time.
“I would ask the public to continue to share our appeal, please use the hashtag #HelpFindNavi on social media to spread the word to reach as many people as possible.”
Do your remember seeing Navi?
