Leamington cyclist's videos are bringing sights and sounds of the town to people in isolation during Covid-19 pandemic

People who are stuck indoors for most or all fo the days due to the Coronavirus pandemic are enjoying the sights and sounds of the green spaces in and around Leamington thanks to a keen cyclist.

Sky engineer Andrew Laverock, 37, who lives in the town, is still working but has been setting out on his bicycle early in the morning for his daily exercise and filming his rides using an action camera.

And his videos, which include him cycling around the Chesterton Windmill, Jephson Gardens and along canal towpaths have received a lot of positive feedback from viewers on his Facebook page or on YouTube.

Andrew said: "I thought that people who are stuck at home due to the virus would be able to enjoy some of the beautiful sights our lovely town has to offer.

"Spring is in the air, the flowers are blooming and I just wanted to bring the local outdoors to people’s screens.

"I’m trying to get around all the local parks and canal towpaths and I’ll keep posting new content so stay tuned."
