Kenilworth market cancelled due to weather forecast

Kenilworth market has been cancelled due to predicted poor weather conditions.

The market was due to take place tomorrow (March 11).

Jamie Walker of CJ's Events Warwickshire, said: "A Yellow Weather Warning has been issued for a large part of the UK between 9pm this evening and 3pm tomorrow afternoon.

"Gusts are over our safety limits and even exceeding 53mph at points.

"It would be irresponsible for us to continue with tomorrows market.

"The safety of our colleagues, traders and visitors remain our priority."

Kenilworth Market is due to return next week as usual.
