A man was taken to court after sitting in his car on a Leamington town centre street and blocking traffic in the early hours of the morning.
A late-night reveller was given a dispersal notice by police after being found sat in the car along a town centre street blocking traffic from moving.
The man was seen in the town centre in the early hours of Sunday April 10.
He was issued with the notice after ignoring requests to move on.
Officers said that after the man continued to leave the road and clear access in the given time, he was arrested for failing to comply.
He appeared in court in Leamington the following week when he was issued with a £165 fine and ordered to pay £135 in costs as well as a £20 victim surcharge.
