A video games summit was held last week in Leamington, bringing together a number of local companies and organisations to champion the success of ‘Silicon Spa’ - and to discuss how to support the sector in the coming years.
It was hosted by local MP Chris White, who is also the chair of the All-Party Group on Video Games.
The discussion, held at Arch Creatives, centred on further promoting the success of the hub of games companies locally, as well as inspiring young people to pursue such a career path.
Two students from Warwickshire College joined the event, which included a tour of the studio of Playground Games, to learn more about working in the industry.
As Chair of the All-Party Group on Video Games, local MP Chris White works to support video games sector in Parliament.
