Stage performances will take place at the top of the Parade from 1pm and the lights will be switched on by Leamington Mayor Cllr Ann Morrison at 5pm.

In between those times there will be a mix of festive music and performers for all the family, including the cast of the Spa Centre’s Christmas Panto Beauty and the Beast on the Touch FM stage.

The Christmas Market will also be open in the Parade from 11am.

Barkers Funfair will provide additional festive fun and entertainment while the traditional carol service will take place outside the Town Hall.

Leamington Rotary Club will also switch on its Tree of Light as part of its fundraising campaign for the Myton Hospices from 4pm.

Warwick District Council chairwoman Cllr Jane Knight will make a speech before the switch-on.

There will be free parking all day in the district council carparks throughout the day, but on-street parking will still be charged.
