A police officer was allegedly bitten while they were attempting to make an arrest in Leamington.
The officer was attempting to arrest a man on suspicion of breaching a sexual offences prevention order this morning (Wednesday April 28).
The 23-year-old man from Leamington was also arrested on suspicion of assaulting an emergency worker and remains in custody.
This is the latest in a series of recent attacks on emergency workers
