English Touring Opera will bring two shows to the Warwick Arts Centre from the end of this month.

La Bohème is a tale of young love, starting on Christmas Eve in a Paris garret.

On this festive night lovers draw close, before poverty and ill-health force them apart.

With some of the most memorable music in opera, the company’s new Italian-language production lifts every spirit and breaks every heart.

The Wild Man of the West Indies (Il furioso all’isola di San Domingo) is an extraordinary opera which vanished after initial success.

Based on an episode in Don Quixote, it’s a love story of Shakespearean depth, set on a Caribbean island.

A rare feast for lovers of bel canto (beautiful singing), and a rare adventure for lovers of theatre. English Touring Opera travels to more regions and to more venues than any other English opera company, touring annually to around 55 venues and presenting as many as 110 performances per year. Its aim is to offer opera to everyone, with a varied repertoire of high-quality professional productions featuring some of the finest talent
