Chase & Status have been announced as the first act to play MTV Crashes Coventry which heads to the Ricoh Arena in May.
The electronic drum ‘n’ bass duo will headline the finale to the event on Saturday, May 27.
Speaking about the show, Saul Milton and Will Kennard said: “It will be our first live show back on this album run.
“We haven’t played live in the UK for over a year and it feels amazing to be back and we can’t wait to start off with this show.”
Chase & Status have dominated the dance scene and festival main stages for more than a decade.
They have collaborated with the likes of Rihanna, Example, Plan B, Cee Lo Green and Tinie Tempah, releasing three studio albums along the way.
They recently released their new single Control which features Slaves and have a new album planned for release in September.
MTV Crashes Coventry is on May 27 and May 28.
It will be broadcast on MTV’s flagship UK music TV channels and shown in more than 35 countries.
More acts will be added to the line-up in the coming weeks.
Individual day tickets cost from £10, with two day tickets also available.
