Memories of Hinckley thrashing quickly banished by Racing Club
With new signings Sam Delaney and Luke Church filling the ranks and players coming back from injury, Racers were quickly on the front foot as they looked to banish the 7-1 reverse in their previous outing.
Jake Brown went close in the eighth minute but the keeper saved well and the home number one was in action again to superbly keep out a Toby Checketts header.

Hide AdLucky Nwuso was causing Swifts problems on his return to the side and it was the Racing Club left-back who opened the scoring, latching on to Alex Price’s delightful through ball before calmly slotting home.
Minutes later, a superb through ball from Martin Slevin allowed Brown to race half the length of the pitch before firing past the keeper to make it 2-0.
Bolehall pulled one back with a fine cross and headed finish but not before some controversy as the visitors felt Checketts was fouled in the build-up.
Racers had several chances to put the game to bed and Wade Malley was unlucky not to get the third after showing good pace and strength to get a shot away which was superbly saved.
