Leamington manager Jason Cadden wants to go one better in the Southern League next season.
Brakes finished second in Division One Midlands, but won't be promoted after losing the play-off final to Stourbridge, who finished 11 points behind them in third.

After getting over the disappointment, Cadden says his side will regroup and go all-out to win the title next time.

"Whatever happens it's going to be tough. We know that now we've had a taste of it this year," he said.

"I think us and Evesham were the two best sides in the division this year but they've gone up and we haven't - so we'll just have to go one better next time."

Graham Allner, who led AP Leamington to the Southern League Premier Division title in 1983, will be the guest at Brakes' awards dinner next Friday (May 16).

Pre-season friendlies (to be confirmed): July 19 Newport County H; July 22 Wellingborough Town A; July 26 Solihull Moors H; July 29 Stratford Town A; August 2 Wimborne Town A; August 5 Nuneaton Borough H; August 9 Hednesford Town H.
