Persistent drug dealer Bruno DiLuccio will stay behind bars until his trial - after being caught with £200,000 of cocaine while on bail.
DiLuccio, of Binswood Street, Leamington, was remanded in custody after Warwick Crown Court heard claims he had used his time back on the streets to branch out from supplying drugs just in the district.

When stopped most recently, police beleive he was trying to organise the export cannabis and cocaine.

In October, the 32-year-old had pleaded guilty to two charges of possessing cocaine totalling 9.49 grams with intent to supply. He also admitted having cannabis totalling 524 grams with the same intent.

But despite previous convictions for dealing in 2002 and 2003, he was bailed.

He failed to keep a low profile. In February, DiLuccio was stopped by officers from Warwickshire Police's Organised Crime Unit as he attempted to leave the country at Birmingham Airport.

He later pleaded guilty to possessing 4.68 kilos of cocaine with an estimated street value of £200,000.

He also pleaded guilty to possessing 295 grams of cannabis with intent to supply, and two charges of possessing drugs for export.

Prosecutor Adrian Keeling said the crown accepted his guilty pleas - on all bar the most serious matter.

DiLuccio admits having the 4.68 kilos of cocaine, but only on the basis he was holding the drugs for someone else. Mr Keeling said: "Our stance is that his involvement was more than that."

The case was adjourned for the prosecution to consider the claim, and to investigate what Mr Keeling described only as 'other matters'.

DiLuccio was jailed in 2002 for nine months after admitting cannabis dealing. Police found almost £6,000 of drugs and cash at his flat.

Within a month of being freed on licence in February 2003 he was caught dealing from his car, this time with more than £7,000 of drugs and cannabis. The trial judge who jailed him for 12 months then described him as a "determined dealer".
