The following have appeared before magistrates sitting in Stratford:

Karl Jonathon Macintosh Ramsay, 31, of Smith Street, Warwick, was given 12 months of supervision including anger management and alcohol treatment and ordered to pay £150 compensation for assaulting a police officer and racially-aggravated harassment.

Lee Devereux, 31, of Southorn Court, Leamington, was given 100 hours of unpaid work and ordered to pay £80 compensation for burglary.

Vitor Manuel Marques Carreira, 41, of Central Avenue, Leamington, was given two years of supervision and ordered to attend a domestic abuse education programme and to pay £100 costs for two counts of assault.

Alexander Bannan, 18, of Clare Close, Leamington, was given 120 hours of unpaid work and ordered to pay £80 costs for theft from a vehicle.

Dean Swarn Haer, 23, of Grove Place, Leamington, was fined £515 and ordered to pay £75 costs for driving while disqualified and driving without insurance.

Ricardo Jorge Santos Sousa, 18, of Avenue Road, Leamington, was ordered to attend an educational programme for theft from a vehicle.

Casey John Andrews-Brown, 19, of Grove Place, Leamington, was banned from driving for 18 months, fined £220 and ordered to pay £85 costs for drink driving.

David Bick, 58, of Hodnell Drive, Southam, was banned from driving for 18 months, fined £220 and ordered to pay £85 costs for drink driving.

David Jeffrey Chance-Smith, 20, of Chesford Crescent, Warwick, was fined £360 and ordered to pay £85 costs for driving without insurance or a licence and failing to stop following an accident.

Robert Alexander Hunt, 24, of Leam Terrace, Leamington, was fined £650 and ordered to pay £85 costs for making threats.

Owen Daniel Thorpe, 34, of Warwick Place, Leamington, was fined £80 and ordered to pay £2.20 compensation and £15 costs for shoplifting and breaking the terms of a conditional discharge.

James Keith Holland, 19, of St Michales Road, Warwick, was fined £50 and ordered to pay £15 costs for failing to comply with a release licence. He was also detained for the duration of court sessions for failing to surrender.

Gillian Louise Russell, 20, of Market Square, Kineton, was banned from driving for 17 months, fined £150 and ordered to pay £15 costs for drink driving.

Rodrigo Jose Raimundo Costa, 28, of Oxford Street, Leamington, was fined £525 and ordered to pay £60 costs for driving without insurance.

Lee Harvey Wykes, 28, of Milton Avenue, Warwick, was fined £600 and ordered to pay £105 costs for driving while disqualified and driving without insurance.

The following appeared before youth courts. They cannot be named.

A 13-year-old Southam boy was given ten hours of reparation work, and his parents were ordered to pay £50 compensation and £70 costs for assault.

A 17-year-old Warwick youth was given ten hours of reparation work for handling stolen goods.
