Whitnash man and friends aim for hat-trick of long cycle rides for charity

They’ve cycled coast to coast at the thinnest point of Great Britain - and the widest point too. So it only seems right that they complete the hat-trick and cycle the longest route, from Land’s End to John O’Groats.

hat’s the mission for Whitnash’s Simon Storey and his nine friends, who hope to complete the 920 miles in eight days.

They launched their latest venture at the Royal Priors Shopping Centre on Sunday, which was attended by Leamington mayor Cllr Judith Clarke, to raise awareness of the event and their chosen charity, When You Wish Upon A Star.
