Warwick pupils help Conrad’s legacy to live on

Pupils at Myton School held a special ‘Download Day’ on Friday to help boost the sales of the music single Soldier On, which was written in memory of Claverdon soldier Conrad Lewis, who was killed in Afghanistan.

The song was produced by The Big Secret Sound featuring Andrew James, who performed at the school on the day. Pictured above are some of the many people who helped support the single: Andrew James, Courtney Tyler, Chris Onslow, Elle Smith, Cameron Tasker and Zoe Ballinger.

Although the song is in memory of Conrad Lewis (he was the 353rd British soldier killed in action in Afghanistan), it is also dedicated to all the other 447 servicemen who lost their lives in the conflict so far.
