To help reduce the spread of infection, the hospital is asking the public to consider their health before entering the hospital. Anyone who has suffered from sickness and diarrhoea within the last 48 hours, or been in contact with anybody who has, is asked to stay away from the hospital for the time being.

Visitors, patients and staff should all wash their hands before entering a ward.
