Three men charged with murder and Wellesbourne woman charged with theft

Three people have been charged with murder and a Wellesbourne woman has been charged with theft following an incident in Stratford-upon-Avon on Monday.

Tristram Wallace, 36, from Arden Street in the town, died at the scene.

Peter Mallon, 41, of no fixed abode, has been charged with murder.

Neil Potter, 36, from Clopton Road, Stratford-upon Avon, has been charged with murder.

Tony Jelf, 39, of no fixed abode, has been charged with murder.

Two women have been charged with theft and attempted theft.

Florence Caines, 26, from Kineton Road, Wellesbourne, has been charged with theft.

Donna Windsor, 37, of no fixed abode, has been charged with attempted theft.

All five people will appear at Leamington Magistrates’ Court today Friday.

A post mortem, which was conducted on Tuesday, requires further analysis before cause of death can be confirmed.

Further tests will be conducted and police enquiries will continue.
