Key Stage 1 pupils at St Paul's Primary School in Leamington proved they were real book worms in a reading challenge which took place in the final weeks of term.

The youngsters in Key Stage 1 were set the challenge of reading as many books as they could in four weeks and rewarded with stickers for a chart which marked their progress.

Two children managed to read almost 200 books while several others completed more than 100.

Headteacher Matt Bown congratulated the pupils for rising to the challenge.
