Pensioner airlifted to hospital after coming off her bike in Napton
A pensioner was knocked unconscious after falling off her bicycle in Napton yesterday (Thursday).
An ambulance was called to the scene at around 10am and requested the assistance of an air ambulance crew so the woman, who was thought to have been travelling at high speed at the time of the fall, could be taken to hospital as quickly as possible.
The woman was then airlifted to the University Hospital in Coventry. Her current condition is unknown.
