McKinley was arrested on Friday December 30 2016 after officers from West Midlands Police attended his address.

He fled from officers but was arrested a short time later where he was found in possession of the keys to the Audi.

The Audi was located nearby along with property stolen from the other houses and McKinley was arrested.

Police Staff Investigator, Liam Dalton, said: “McKinley’s arrest was the result of excellent partnership work with West Midlands Police.

“They caught McKinley red handed and in interview he admitted to carrying out the burglaries in Lapworth.

“We welcome today’s decision and hope it acts as a deterrent to others thinking of committing similar offences.”
