Warwick singer found dead after club closure

FORMER singer and nightclub owner Barry Keen has been found dead at his home in Castle Street, Warwick,

An inquest was opened in Leamington last week and adjourned for reports and further investigations into the cause of 65-year-old Mr Keen’s death on September 17.

The former lead singer with The Establishment opened the Warwick Cavern in Welton Road last November and hosted a string of live music nights. But the venue beneath LA Fitness on the Wedgnock Industrial Estate closed in recent weeks.
