Vote for ‘mumpreneur’ Julie

LEAMINGTON businesswoman Julie Williams has reached the final of a UK-wide hunt to find the top 100 ‘mumpreneurs’ in the country.

Nominated as a ‘serial social media queen’ in the MumsClub Business Mum Awards 2012, Julie has been recognised for being a constant source of useful information, offering insight into the latest changes on all the main social media platforms.

She actively promotes others online via various social media platforms and runs a very successful facebook business support group with five others.

Her business, Julie Williams Business Support Services, offers small and medium-sized enterprises and sole traders access to her Social Media Surgery.

With this brand she provides, training, support, set up and management of social media.

Julie now needs votes to win her a spot in the Top 100 mumpreneurs in the UK.

Already a busy Mum of three young children, Julie launched her business to offer sole traders and small and medium-sized enterprises the opportunity to outsource tasks that take them away from their core business.

“I believe that outsourced support for small businesses is key to allow those businesses to grow without the need to commit to costly permanent overheads,” said Julie.

“I am very proud to be nominated for this award, my business is less than a year old and is going from strength to strength. I would be really grateful for local support in reaching the top spot in these awards.”

The annual MumsClub Business Mum Awards have been growing since their inaugural year in 2008.

The Top 100 ‘mumpreneurs’ are sought across Ten different categories - The MumPreneur Champions, The Super Bloggers, The Social Media Queens, The High Profilers, The Online Businesses, The Experts in Their Field, The Mum-Inventors & Designers, The Grandmother- Mumpreneurs, The Media Moguls Media Savvy, and The Mums of Notable Recognition.

The voting is taking place in Business Mum Week this week.

Voting closes at midday tomorrow (Saturday).
