Northgate Street plans
THE developers of the Grade II* listed buildings in Warwick’s historic Northgate Street are due to attend a planning forum in Leamington next week to explain their proposals.
Ash Mill Developments, based in London, have bought 18 of the street’s town houses opposite the former Crown Court buildings.
Andrew Brown, the company’s managing director, said: “We are due to attend a development forum at the town hall next Thursday, January 17, when we will be outlining some of our proposals for these buildings which date back to the 17th century.”
The Georgian buildings, along with a large swathe of land at the back, are to be restored to their former glory and each have their own landscaped private garden.
Work is expected to start next autumn and will take two years to complete.
