New investigation into death of Leamington’s Jack Macleod

POLICE are pursuing investigations into the death of Leamington teenager Jack Macleod after receiving new information regarding the case.

The 17-year-old died in the early hours of December 4 2005 and, after a court case collapsed in 2011, it remains unclear what happened to him after he was last see close to the Adelaide Road bridge in Leamington.

Following a renewed appeal put forward by his parents Sheena and Ewan Macleod last month, Warwickshire Police has been contacted by someone with new information and officers are now investigating this information and remaining in close communication with the Macleods.

Anyone with any information in relation to the death of Jack is urged to contact the force’s Operation Enact investigators on 07920 288248, email OpEnact@warwickshire.pnn.police.uk or pass on information anonymously through Crimestoppers on 0800 555 111.
