‘Natural causes’ for death of man at music festival Global Gathering

A POST mortem has shown that a man found dead at Warwickshire dance music festival Global Gathering died of natural causes.

A friend found Craig Dearie, 24, unconscious in his tent at Long Marston airfield on July 28.

Police and medical staff attended the camping area at the annual dance festival. Paramedics attempted to revive Mr Dearie but he was pronounced dead at 4.40pm.

An inquest has been opened and adjourned. No date has yet been fixed.
