Money to widen local horizons

WARWICK Town Council has grants of up to £1,500 available for spending on local community-based projects, especially those involving services for children, older people, disabled groups and crime reduction.

Successful applicants can use the cash from the Community Grant Fund to wholly or partly-fund a development project.

Similarly, cash is also available from the Westham House Fund, the body set up after the closure of the Westham House Adult Residential College in Barford.

Organisations which run educational courses can apply for funding to provide burseries for fees or transport costs for those living in rural areas who would like to widen their horizons.

For the town council email wtc.admin@btclick.com and for more information about Westham House email westhamhf@hotmail.co.uk
