Leamington burglary suspect arrested

A LEAMINGTON man has been arrested on suspicion of two burglaries in the town last month.

The 31-year-old was arrested last Friday (August 31) and has been charged with the burglary of a home in Gloucester Street and with stealing food from Holy Trinity church on August 3.

He appeared at Nuneaton Magistrates Court on Saturday and has been remanded in custody until his next court appearance.
