MEMBERS of Warwick’s Royal British Legion held their own service in the town cemetery last weekend when branch president Major Bruce Prout-Richardson welcomed mayor Cllr Elizabeth Higgins and Warwick and Leamington MP Chris White.

Standard bearer John Wiseman, who served in Northern Ireland, and bugler Albert Ray, added dignity to the solemn occasion during which one wreath was laid by Cllr Higgins on behalf of the town and a second by branch chairman Bert Allan.
