18-year-old held after stabbing at Leamington takeaway

AN 18-YEAR old Rugby man has been appeared in court accused of a stabbing at a Leamington takeaway last week.

Arronjit Singh Colar, of Percival Road, was remanded in custody after appearing before magistrates in Nuneaton on Saturday. He had been charged with wounding with intent and with possessing a knife, blade or sharp pointed article in a public place following an incident at Viallis Restaurant in Victoria Terrace on Wednesday September 19 at 2.30am.

He is next scheduled to appear before magistrates on December 29.
