As building work on a new 175-home estate in Wellesbourne is making fast progress, a new marketing suite has opened to enable people to see the kind of houses that will be available.
Developer Charles Church, which took over an initial planning application from the Commercial Estates Group for the estate off Ettington Road, is inviting people to see examples of the three, four and five-bedroom detached houses it is building - including a four-bed show home which will open next month.
The complex, which was granted planning permission by Stratford District Council last year, will also include ‘extra care’ accommodation for the elderly which is being built and managed by Orbit Heart of England, as well as new open space including play parks, footpaths and cycleways.
Alison Reading, sales director at Charles Church South Midlands, said: “We are encouraging people to visit the marketing suite ahead of the show home opening in April, in order to reap the rewards on offer for those who act quickly and reserve early.
“Buying off-plan is ideal because you can secure your preferred property and location within the development. Reserving at this stage also means you can personalise your home by choosing from a range of fixtures and fittings such as kitchen units, flooring, tiles or accessories.”
The firm says it will arrange at least two valuations and agree a market price with the customer before the process of moving into a new home can begin.
Anyone interested in looking at properties at Ettington Park can visit the newly-opened marketing suite in Ettington Road, which is open on Thursdays, Fridays and Mondays from 10am to 5pm and on weekends from 10am to 4pm.
