The spirit of Warwick’s Victorian evening lingered on this week as Peter and Helen Viola, who run the Warwick Antique Centre in High Street, were presented with a cut-glass goblet by Sue Bucher of the Chamber of Trade.

Sue chose the shop’s beautiful dining display as the best dressed window of the night.

Some 20 traders have stalls or cabinets within the centre. Helen, who specialises in old postcards, said: “At least six traders helped put the window display together and we are delighted to have won this year.”
