Elliot Vials is set to complete his first skydive to raise much-needed funds for Myton Hospices - a charity which helped care for his mum, Shelly, in her final days.

The 17 year old, who works at Warwick’s Premier Inn, said it is all to say thank you for the “amazing” care they give.

With almost £700 raised so far, Elliot is hopeful the daring leap at Hinton airfield tomorrow (July 23) will help others in her position.

“I have always wanted to do a skydive so now I am finally doing it in memory of my mum, Shelly” he said.

“Myton Hospice was brilliant at looking after her. They gave her the best care anyone would want. They also let the whole family stay there until the very end.

“Care is brilliant there. Priority is the patients and my family are thankful of what a brilliant job they do and have done looking after my mum.”
