Leamington man in court charged with arson at Warwick home

A Leamington man has been held in custody after appearing before magistrates on Tuesday (April 1) charged with attempted arson with intent to endanger life, following a fire in Warwick on Sunday.

Simon Talbot, 32, of Regent Place, was arrested following the incident at a home in Lakin Road on March 30.

He will remain in custody until July 8, when he will appear at Warwick Crown Court.
