Money left over from the Warwick District Remembers (WDR)concert in August, which commemorated the 100th anniversary of the start of World War One, was handed out to two organisations.

£1,000 was given to the Royal British Legion (RBL) for the poppy appeal.

And £50 to the Leamington Army Cadets, Leamington and Warwick Sea Cadets and Warwick and Leamington Air Cadets.
