Four injured in crash near Leamington

Four people were injured in a crash near Leamington on Saturday (March 15).

Two ambulances, a paramedic officer in a rapid response vehicle rushed to the scene at the junction of Harbury Lane and Fosse Way in Chesterton just after 4pm.

Two cars had been involved in the crash and an 11-year-old passenger suffered facial injuries, while two men - one believed to be in his 20s and the other in his 60s - were treated for minor injuries.

A woman in her 50s who was travelling in the second car was treated for a hip injury.

All four were taken to Warwick Hospital for further assessment and treatment.
