Experts launch festival dedicated to homelessness in Leamington

Leamington’s first festival dedicated to homelessness, Left Out In The Cold, was launched last Thursday by guest speakers, the Rt Hon Jon Battle, former Labour minister and the first director of Church Action on Poverty, and Martin Patterson, director of fundraising at St George’s Crypt in Leeds.
