Cancer care charity appeals for volunteers in Warwick district
Volunteers are needed to join a fundraising group to support Marie Curie Cancer Care to cover the Leamington, Warwick and Kenilworth area.
Anyone interested in joining can attend an open evening at Woodland Granve in Old Milverton Lane, Leamington, on Monday (February 24) from 7pm to 8pm.
Cherida Plumb, Warwickshire community fundraiser for the charity, said: “We are looking for anyone who might be able to spare a couple of hours a week to help us to raise much-needed funds. It truly is a great way of doing something worth-while and having fun at the same time.”
