Debenhams signs at Leamington Shopping Park

Debenhams has taken a 15-year lease at the unit formerly occupied by Focus DIY at Leamington Shopping Park.

As the Courier reported on Friday, the retail chain will open a department store at the 40,000 sq ft unit with the opening date now expected to be some time in November once refurbishment is complete.

Dan Clark, senior asset manager for British Land, said: “Debenhams will be a significant anchor for the park and further strengthen the tenant line up. We are delighted to continue our relationship with Debenhams and bring the best names to the scheme.”
