Arnold Lodge School in Leamington has received a very positive report after a recent inspection from the Independent Schools Inspectorate (ISI).

After a four-day inspection of the school, the ISI said: “The school is extremely successful in fulfilling it aims to provide a safe environment and to develop the social, physical, emotional spiritual and intellectual needs of pupils so that they reach their full potential.

“Individual achievement across all age groups is excellent.”

However, the school was advised to improve its communication with parents about changes in leadership and the future development of the school, as well as providing wider opportunities for pupils to improve their ICT skills.

David Preston, head of senior school, said: “I am delighted that the report reflects how successfully Arnold Lodge fulfils its aim of having happy and confident learners who make excellent progress both academically and personally.

“The inspection report has shown that the success of Arnold Lodge is built on the highest quality pastoral care and excellent teaching with individualised lessons to provide ,excellent progress for pupils of all ages.”

The Board of Directors, Mr Gareth Newman CBE and Wynford Dore said: “We are so pleased that the inspectorate has recognised what an outstanding school Arnold Lodge is.

“The children are really inspired to learn and as a result it shows in their exam results that always exceed expectations. We are proud of what the staff and students have achieved and are grateful to the parents for their loyal support.”

Following the ISI’s report, Arnold Lodge said it is ‘looking forward to continuing its great success in 2016.’
