Teenager robbed in park

Hoodie-wearing youths attacked and robbed a teenager in St Nicholas Park on Saturday.
The victim was one of a group of about ten young people who were in the park at around 10pm when they were approached by three other teenagers.

The trio began attacking one of the group but switched their attention to a 15-year-old who intervened. They kicked and punched the teenager before searching him and stealing his phone.

The attackers have been described as wearing black hooded tops. One of the offenders rode away on a mountain bike.
