The following have appeared before magistrates:

Thomas Alan Mellor, 18 , of Hidcote Close, Sydenham, was ordered to attend drug treatment and given 18 months of supervision for shoplifting and breaking a conditional discharge.

Alan Greenaway, 43, of Regent Place, Leamington, was fined £50 and
ordered to pay £15 costs for possessing cannabis.

Marc Adrian Metcalf, 22, of Roe Close, Warwick, was given a 16-week suspended sentence, 200 hours of unpaid work and was ordered to pay £75 costs for possessing an imitation firearm in a public place.

Damien Grigg, 26, of Chestnut Avenue, Kenilworth, was given a 12-week suspended sentence, 100 hours of unpaid work and was ordered to pay £371.68 compensation for two counts of fraud by false representation and of making off without payment.

Alexander Pelham, 32, of Chandos Street, Leamington, was banned from driving for 36 months and ordered to pay £75 costs for drink driving.

Clive Steven Faulkner, 32, of Grove Street, Leamington, was given an extra 14 hours of unpaid work for failing to comply with a community order.

Dillon Graham, 25, of Southlea Avenue, Leamington, was given an extra 20 hours of unpaid work for failing to comply with the community requirements of a suspended sentence.

James Kilic, 36, of York Road, Leamington, was given a six-month curfew with electronic tagging for two counts of assaulting a police officer and failing to comply with a community order.

Simon Malcolm White, 26, of Allibone Close, Whitnash, was fined £20 and ordered to pay £15 costs for shoplifting.

Gary John Williams, 39, of Kemp Close, Warwick, was given 60 hours of unpaid work and ordered to pay £60 compensation for assault and breaking a conditional discharge.

Graham Ronald Dutton, 49, of Fosse Crescent, Princethorpe, was given 80 hours of unpaid work and ordered to pay £70 costs for driving while disqualified and driving without insurance.

Mark Andrew Pheasey, 43, of Tachbrook Road, Leamington, was banned from driving for a year, fined £100 and ordered to pay £85 costs for drink driving.

Christopher Phillip May, 18, of Windmill Road, Leamington, was fined £200 and ordered to pay £85 costs for harassment and breaking a conditional discharge.

Alexander Petro Choma, 19, of Watery Lane, Sherbourne, was fined £100 and ordered to pay £60 costs for driving without due care and attention.

Rishpal Singh Dulay, 44, of Landor Road, Whitnash, was fined £185 and ordered to pay £85 costs for fraudulent use of a vehicle document.

David James Houghton, 19, of St Marys Close, Southam, was fined £300, banned from driving for 90 days and ordered to pay £15 costs for obstructing a police officer and two counts of using a vehicle without insurance.

Simon Lee Kermode, 31, of Market Hill, Southam, was banned from driving for 16 months, fined £150 and ordered to pay £85 costs for drink driving.

Andrzej Kolik, 18, of Llewellyn Road, Leamington, was fined £350, banned from driving for six months and ordered to pay £65 costs for driving without insurance, driving without a seatbelt and using a vehicle with unroadworthy lights.

Robert Larkin, 46, of Elton Close, Leamington, was banned from driving for two years, fined £50 and ordered to pay £150 compensation for failing to provide a specimen and assault.

Daniel Thomas Peake, 23, of Kingsley Road, Bishops Tachbrook, was fined £100 and ordered to pay £85 costs for racially-aggavated harassment.

Gavin James Buckley, 27, of South View Road, Leamington, was banned from driving for 28 months, given 80 hours of unpaid work and ordered to pay £80 costs for drink driving.
