Customers at a Warwick pub raised money for charity by tucking into traditional English food on St George's Day.
Former Warwick butcher Terry Jones served up Black Country-style faggots with mashed potatoes and onion gravy at the Park Tavern in Lakin Road on April 23 in a bid to raise money for the Dogs Trust in Honiley.

He said: “Nobody seems to celebrate St George’s day any more. We do Burns Night and St Patrick’s Day but not our own saint’s day.

“I have been known for making faggots for 30 years so I decided it would be a good idea to raise some money for charity.”
