Estate agency Brian Holt, which has offices in Leamington, Kenilworth, Coventry and Earsldon, has launched the second phase of its three stage rebrand.
The company, which changed its ‘for sale’ and ‘sold’ boards in the autumn, has launched a pioneering new-look website which features full screen sized pictures of each of its properties and maps showing the proximity of schools and other amenities.
The site, which enables buyers to narrow their searches to categories such as cottage, terraced or detached in addition to the standard options offered by the likes of Right Move, reflects the company’s decision to merge modern property search techniques with its old fashioned values of personal service and professionalism.
It also has a section on ‘homes of distinction’ in which particularly photogenic or prestigious properties are given more prominence.
Managing director Brian Holt said: “We’re known for our gravitas, in depth knowledge about the areas in which we operate, excellent relationship with buyers and sellers, friendly staff and our doggedness when it comes to dealing with the legal side of holding a chain together.
“These values remain in a rapidly changing world, but we also wanted to reflect our modern approach to marketing and embrace the digital age while losing none of our traditional ethos.”
