Can we have a snow dome please?

I believe Leamington needs a snow dome like they have in Tamworth or a massive ice rink.
The plus side of this is that there would be somewhere for youngsters to go, it would bring families together and it would improve tourism.

The ideal place would either have to be the land at the back of Currys or even better, the Ford site. Leamington hasn't got anything big like this and I believe it would work. There would also be a number of jobs created.
