BISHOPS Itchington residents have raised £1,500 for Warwick-shire and Northamptonshire Air Ambulance through a monthly coffee morning.
The Crafty Cuppa event takes place in the village's memorial hall on the last Friday of each month and includes a craft fair.
It raised £1,000 for the air ambulance service last year and also includes charity stalls for the Alzheimer's Society and
the Cystic Fibrosis Society.
Nicola Brehcist, Crafty Cuppa's organiser and founder, said: "We always get a good crowd come along and people can meet old friends and make new ones here.
"Whatever we can raise is great and we are grateful for whatever people can donate."
Miss Brehcist said villagers recognised the importance of the air ambulance service.
She added: "It can benefit anybody in the area. It is not just a specific group - it can help a newborn baby or a 99-year-old. We hope nobody in the village needs them but it's good to know they can be there if anybody does."
The coffee mornings run from 10am to noon.
