Fantastic. There was a real party atmosphere as fans of all ages gathered to watch Girls Aloud at Warwick Castle.
Performing alongside a group of hunky male dancers, wrapped in what looked like black tape, the band successfully combined their version of girly pop with sex appeal and got the audience dancing and singing to hits including Love Machine, Biology and Don't Speak French.
Nadine, Sarah, Kimberly, Nicola and Cheryl looked amazing in a selection of small, sparkly outfits and Kimberly showed real dedication as she joined in despite having a fractured foot.
Luckily the rain stayed away and as the sun went down, around 10,000 people danced and sang along - the only problem was at times I didn't think the music was loud enough.
Although I was standing fairly near the front, it was difficult to see the girls on stage so I was glad there was a big screen showing close-ups of them performing.
The show flew by and all too soon they were finishing with an encore performance of my favourite single Something Kinda Ooh and a small fireworks display.
The only downside was the queues before the show started - I had to wait half an hour for my ice cream. Warwick Castle should have more events like this. Sara Fenton
Verdict: Fun and fast-paced.
