Musicians and singers will be able to join in during a new 'open mic' night at The Cricketers Arms in Leamington.
The first event will take place on September 2 and then run on every second Tuesday of the month.

Organised by John Black of Gighouse Studios, which is just outside Leamington, it is also hoped the event will raised money for Cancer Research.

He said: "We want to encourage people to get up and sing or play their instruments. During a trial session we had up to eight people playing all at the same time - we are looking for interaction between musicians.

"It will be a nice relaxed atmosphere and everyone is welcome"

For more information call John on 423216, email john@gighouse.co.uk or visit www.gighouse.co.uk
